If you only need one-time design help, sign up for the plan that covers what you need, then cancel your subscription when you're done. Alternatively, you may consider per-project hourly rate design. If you need to stop your subscription, we recommend downgrading to Designflux By the Hour right before your membership renews. This keeps your account in our system, but stops any additional charges and any pending design projects will either be cancelled or billed at our hourly rate. When you are ready, you can log in to your account and upgrade to a paid subscription.

We use the Adobe suite of software for design & layout, Final Cut Pro for video editing, and Webflow for website design & development.

Depending on the subscription package you purchase, designs are typically turned around the same day, or up to three days after your request. The size and scope of the project is the main factor in actual turnaround times.

All communication happens via email. You will submit requests using a form that feeds our Monday.com workspace. We can reach out to you via Monday.com or email you directly. If we need to talk the old fashioned way, a call can be scheduled. You'll get an email notification whenever the status of your project changes.

Of course. We work with you to create exactly what you need to make your business successful. We also maintain your site and refresh content as long as your subscription is active. Just make a request and we're on it!
